Clinical Consultants
The Clinical Consultant — The incumbent will work within client hospitals to instruct leadership, unit staff and physicians to identify and evaluate processes that can be improved through the proper use of Tesaris products and to help elevate hospital efficiencies positively affected by Tesaris. Sets the tone by communicating values and attitudes that will significantly shape the culture of the group and ensure the process of Tesaris Systems are being used, implemented and helping to improve operations. Ensures compliance with regulations governing hospitals and the rules of accrediting bodies by continually monitoring the organization's service delivery system and initiating changes as required.Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience
- Experience Required: 5 years at the Director level
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Good communication skills; written and verbal
- Ability to work overtime and irregular hours when needed
- Ability to learn and apply new technical skills and concepts quickly
- Ability to travel (50-60%)
- Must be living in or willing to relocate to Park City, Utah
