time by surgeon, length of case, case on-time start
Managerial reporting: block schedule building based on surgeon preference and surgeon OR utilization, room staffing based on staff/surgeon preference and skill assessment of staff, and education monitoring of each staff member, patient/staff/ surgeon satisfaction
